SwenseNs at Liang cOurt and the social etiquette course.
Hmm.
it was pretty interesting,
suppose that the lunch was the best out of all.
During the lecture,we were considered as quiet.
despite we talking inside "claSS".
but she's a pretty nice lady.
judging the way she talks.
I cAnt stand those peeps who were latE!
made the course started a bit later.
and she got to rush thru the "lesson"
XR,Mia,Crystal and I even have to call the late-comers.
anyway,the course started.
leaRnt some stuff bout phone manners,table manners.
how you sit, the dining stuff(starting from the outside to the inside ), social behaviour and some other stuff
which i cant really remember.
but definitely 1 thing stay in my mind.
that is,
peoplE do judge a person by its behaviour.
her example:
A sweet-looking girl who looked refined and u heard a "Wah Lao eh" from her.
definitely ppl would be rather turned off by it.
So this shows that how people look at you by the behaviouR?
hmmm...Perhaps...
Punctuality : HOpe those "late-comers" will understand
HOw irritating it is to wait for someone ..
even though im late before for some appointments : Like the SP eXperience.
&they had to wait for me.
So embarrassed that day.ehehe..and feeling rather guilty.
Next, MAgic worDS
"PLEASE" and "thanK you"
this words are really powerful...to me at least.
it is important to use this words when 1 is asking for a favour.
no doubt,this will improve 1's "ImagE" to other people.
So yeappies... this course is rather useful in some aspects.
and its rather enriching to know something on social etiquette.
which is something you can never learn in maths/english/science subjects.
cause its some bASic courtesy,i should say..
FinaLly, the Bus to lIang cOurt arrived.
eVeryone was famished.(including me!)
so we set off to lIang court to have the lunch!
its a 5 course meal
1)Salad
2)soup
3)main course
4)dEsert
5) dRinks!
and i was rather full after the 2nd course...
MUSHROOM SOup..yummY!!
We were laughing cause putra and syamin ate 1.5 serving of salad
cause 1 malay girl didnt want to have it.
so we called them the sheeps
and we thought that they would serve us vegetable soup.
then syamin and putRa would really become sheepS...
heheex...
but it was mushroom soup instead!!
Was rather embarassed while dining..
during the 5 course lunch.
1st: when i was passing my 1000 island salad dressing to the waiter.
i dropped it onto the table.
Dirtied Putra's glass of water.
and i had to wipe the table with tissue.
and i stuffed the dirty tissue at 1 side of the table.
2nd:
Mrs taY(the trainer) said that we cannot stack up those plates and bowls after eating but the waiter ,after collecting our dishes stacked them up.
so i was wondering why cant we help him to stack up those bowls and pass it to him.
3rd : the waiter was funny too.he asked me whether i would want to hold those bowls and clear the tables next time in swensens.
I smiled and thus i dropped the 1000 island dressing onto the table.
mia then started laughing and said that i shouldnt be a waiter .
if not swensens gonna incur some great losses judging on the way i hold the bowls and plates. heeee...what a "compliment" ..i wasnt meant for this kind of job then!!
next,Main course: FIsh and chips
I dipped my "bite-sized" fish fillet into aramia's tar tar sauce.
Cause i finished mine and aramia didnt finish it up.
so after i dipped, the fish fillet dropped on the table before it went into my mouth.
4th: Aramia tEE again.
she was complaining that my fish fillet are bigger than hers.
both of the fillet. but i said that they didnt give me lemon!!
however,normally i dun like eating fish and chips with lemon.
So aramia said that she should have taken my seat instead.
and requested for fish and chips without lemon,so that her serving would be the same as mine.
We were crapping and laughters could be heard.Syamin and putra were also quite humourous. argh..
some other stuff happened too.
but shall not talk too much...
Anyway,what happened to me today
i dirtied the table,dropped my food.
what a Lunch yeah.
to think i won aramia today for being the most clumsy girl ...
hahax....*claps claps*
Shall blog somemore interesting stuff aft the course.
cause we went ouT!
next day perhaps.
