M'sia Trip to Kukok!
Welsh. Im finally Back. But blogger isnt working. SO yarh. decided to blog today :( the trip was okay . A bit boring though.
Let me bore you with the detAIls ....
The place is a fishing village and the houses are not built on land. But above the water (dirty h20) on "stilts?" Why is the water dirty then??? Cause whatever business u do in the toilet will be washed out to the dirty water ("sea") . OnlY when the tide is high. I guess it will wash those faeces away. Unhygienic??well, i am more appreciative of singapore's sewage system :) Hmm... welll. I was pretty afraid that my HP and $$$ may accidentally slipped out and drop into the "blacK" hole. Haha... sO i wAS eXtRa carefully with it.(considering i am a clumsy person ) . WE stayed in the "chalet" to sing karoake, played blackjacK(lost 20 ringgit) and stared into the sky.
BUt, there are other fun stuff to do TOo.
Luckily, Im not the only teenager around. But im the oldest among them :P and i dun like that feeling. most of the kids are studying in primary school and im sure glad that i made 2 new gAL friends :P to keep me company throughout the TRIp. Wellsh, one is 1 year younger and the other is 2 years younger than me. even though there are other boys as well, they seem too emabarassed to make friends with us... Did i emention some of the kids there “the trip” are rEally cutE?? Feel like pinching their cheeKs. Heee.
during the night, we played we sparklers, some "mini-fireworks" haha. i was afraid of it. buti enjoyed lighting up those stuff. haha... and the chalet opposite us sort of compete with us.
but their fireworks were much more nicer. haha... so i got a great time viewing it . heee.... in the night,we played blackjack. TIl 1200 when we decided to Sleep....

The chaleT we stayed in wasnt too run down. Its like a bungalow. Only that the hall is small, no garden. Instead they have lots of rOOms!! And many beds. Each room have 5 beds. ( double decK). I took the upper bunk. :P and i couldnt fall asleep no matter how i tossed and turned.
a Piggy like me woke up at 6.30 am wanting to catch a glimpse of the sun rise. But sAd sad. I couldnt see any at all( blockeD) . this is so unlike me. Waking up early to witness the sunrise?hahaa... i was the 1st to wake up. Hahaa. *pat on my back*
i snapped quite alot of pictures of myself using the digicam. Since no one was around :( . i took some more pictures with my friend, yiyun.and the surroundings. Meanwhile, while we were waiting for our Long awaited breAKfast m i went to clean up myself, looked at kelongs, the houses, the mud and observed the daily morning activiites of the native ppl.
Shopping Paradise??
I wENt shopping. aGAIn. With my aunt. Haha..Bought quite a no. of clothes for my family. Haha... and 3 sets of batik costumes to wear out. Never imagined that i such such a "shopping freak??" it was a new experience of shopping at those kampong kampong type of place. I wAs wrong when I thought there wont be any shops. :P
FOOD!
The food wasn't too bad... but they are stuff that could be found in singapore. I was expecting something different . like Lots of different type of seafood. Huge variety to call it a seafood Feast. but.. Wrong wrong again. i ate lots of beehoon, tung hoon, rice,noodles. hahaha.... and PRAWNS too. afternoon= simple meal, night= BBq, morning= simple meal, afternoon= considered a seafood meal. haha.....
a tOtally new experience.
the narrow streets leading to the houses, the provision shop, their shopping area, their restaurants. SParklers/fireworks. enjoing the sea/land breeze.
I was total wrong about that place. I thought it is something like a beach and we are going to stay in a beach resort. hahaa... never did i expect.... tATA. i was looking forward to seeing the BLue blue Sea. hear the wAves. enjoying the sand under my feet . engaaging in those bEach activities..... hah! however, the trip was the total Opposite i thought off. :P
FinALly,
i will not give up hope in searching for a perfect place to witness the sun-rise/ sun-set. and if u guys are going there, bring shorts/ pants= easier to get around. and bring more books / anything else to keep ya company. :P but its still a nice trip after all. i guess. :) long bloog entry today.
